- Set qualified appointments with customers
- Handle basic customer service inquiries professionally
- Follow the script while keeping conversations natural and friendly
- Update customer records and submit call reports
### Requirements
- Excellent spoken English
- Clear and professional phone communication
- Experience in appointment setting, customer service, or calling roles preferred
- Ability to follow scripts accurately
- Quiet workspace and reliable internet connection
- Self-motivated and dependable
### Compensation
- **$35.00 per hour**

### Paid Trial
Selected candidates will complete a short paid trial through an Upwork hourly contract. This helps both sides confirm the working fit.
