Measure Tech, Part-Time

Job Description:

• Perform daily routes for pre-assigned in-home measure appointments efficiently and accurately
• Provide quality professional customer service and maintain customer relationships
• Support sales, product inquiries, in-home measurements, and installation coordination
• Provide accurate measurements, calculations, quote review, and presentation
• Describe merchandise features and benefits and explain project steps
• Answer customer questions using product and services knowledge
• Identify opportunities to engage customers in other services programs
• Collaborate with Associates, Supervisors, and Managers on assigned work
• Follow company policies, procedures, and work schedules
• Travel between locations and provide support to company locations as needed
• Achieve customer service, measure accuracy, timeliness, and sales productivity goals
• Report directly to the Assistant Market Manager

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma and/or GED
• 1+ years of previous related work experience
• Must continuously stand or walk
• Regularly lift, handle, or carry moderate-weight material or equipment (8–20 pounds)
• Travel between locations required
