Marketing Communications Specialist - Executive Communications

Under general supervision, this position will support executive communications and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives by developing content, coordinating programs and executing high-impact communications across internal and external channels. This role works closely with senior leaders and stakeholders across the business to translate executive-level strategy into clear, compelling messaging that drives alignment, engagement and results. The Marketing Communications Specialist will play a key role in shaping how strategy comes to life for employees, working on high-visibility initiatives and supporting executive programs in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Draft executive communications for executive-level programs, including leadership messages, scripts and internal announcements
- Support executive thought leadership efforts, including speaking engagements, LinkedIn content and media opportunities
- Assist in the development and execution of strategic communications plans aligned to enterprise priorities
- Contribute to storytelling initiatives that highlight employee impact, innovation and company strategy
- Assist in managing enterprise campaigns, live events and company initiatives, including project coordination across cross-functional teams through project management tools to track progress and deliverables
- Ensure alignment across internal communication channels, including activation and timing of messaging
- Manage deliverables such as agendas, presentations and supporting materials
- Maintain executive communications reporting and ongoing program reporting to inform strategy and continuous improvement
- Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for executive communications programs
- Manage executive materials, including bios, hehots and communication assets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, English or a related field.
- Demonstrated knowledge of internal and change communications best practices
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to collaborate across teams and work with senior stakeholders and executive leaders
Nice-to-haves
- At least 1 - 3 years of related work experience in corporate communications, public relations, content creation, editing, publishing, planning and project management.
