Maintenance Technician Construction Fleet & Equipment

Responsibilities

* Perform routine maintenance on company trucks, trailers, and construction equipment

* Coordinate and schedule preventive maintenance and repairs

* Track and maintain inspection, registration, and service records

* Conduct regular equipment and vehicle inspections

* Identify potential mechanical issues before they become major problems

* Ensure all vehicles and equipment remain compliant with applicable safety requirements

* Manage fluid checks, filter changes, lubrication, batteries, tires, and other basic maintenance tasks

* Coordinate with outside repair vendors when needed

* Maintain an organized inventory of maintenance supplies and parts

Qualifications

* Experience maintaining trucks, trailers, construction equipment, or similar machinery preferred

* Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

* Ability to keep accurate maintenance and inspection records

* Self-motivated with strong organizational skills

* Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

* CDL and/or diesel mechanic experience is a plus but not required
