A day in the life of the Associate Merchandiser Apparel at The North Face looks a little like this. Reporting to the Leader, you will work day-to-day with Product Merchandising team you are in charge of ensuring that the systems reflect the decisions made on products. You will learn about the full product creation and merchandising process. Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates and manages information and data pertaining to the Product line management, product creation and development, and go-to-market processes.
- Accountable for all Product data entries, change logs, Air Table and all updates coming out from key GTM Milestones (grid color, VLP prep). Responsible for Product attribution in Enovia and flex PLM
- Manages Salesmen Samples from System Ordering all the way to unpacking and shipping
- Responsible for creating and maintaining Discrepancy Review file seasonally
- Responsible for Photo review / SBX
- Responsible for collecting and submitting style names with legal team seasonally
- Responsible for writing and Submitting hangtags and packaging briefs (master hangtag, boxes, hangtag brief).
- Maintains and distributes all information of assigned product category encompassing line lists and data in Excel and PLM, hangtags, workbooks, and other CAD books
- Supports the Merchants in Line planning, certain development information and production information, consumer and competitor analysis and marketplace analysis, all with a very close attention to detail
- Responsible for seasonal sample organization and coordinate needs with different cross functional partners.

- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be problem-solver.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects/seasons simultaneously.
- Must be proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Location Requirement: Denver, Colorado.
Nice-to-haves
- Bachelor's degree. A master's degree is a plus.
- A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
