Auto Import<p><strong>Please Contact: To discuss this amazing opportunity, reach out to our Talent Acquisition Specialist Bhupendra Chopade at email address </strong> Bhupendra.Chopade@generistek.com <strong>can be reached on # 630-576-1937.</strong></p><p><br></p><p>We have <strong>Contract role Business Analyst- Remote </strong>for client at <strong>Salem OR. </strong>Please let me know if you or any of your friends would be interested in this position.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Details:</strong></p><p><strong>Business Analyst- Remote – Salem OR</strong></p><p><strong>Location : Remote – Salem OR 97301 (Candidate must be within 50 miles) </strong></p><p><strong>Project Duration :06monthsofcontract</strong></p><p><strong> Pay rate : $50 to $54 an hour on W2</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Role Summary</strong></p><ul><li>As a Business Analyst in the PPMO, you will support DOJ modernization initiatives by eliciting and clarifying business needs, documenting processes and requirements, assisting with solution assessment, and supporting testing and implementation.</li><li>You’ll collaborate with program staff, senior analysts, technical teams, and vendors to transform stakeholder input into clear, actionable documentation that guides delivery.</li><li>May be some need to be in the office based upon business need – a lot of the time the individuals will be able to work remotely</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong> Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Business analysis & requirements support: Gather information via interviews, workshops, document reviews, and research; translate findings into process diagrams, user stories, business rules, and functional descriptions; help maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Documentation: Draft and maintain current state/future state process maps, SOPs, requirements summaries, and system documentation using approved templates and consistent terminology.</li><li>Testing & validation support: Prepare UAT test cases, participate in execution, document results, and communicate findings for review and resolution.</li><li>Training & implementation assistance: Contribute to end-user training materials and “train the trainer” sessions; observe workflow impacts, gather user feedback, and share insights to support adoption and continuous improvement.</li><li>Other duties as assigned to support program objectives and timelines.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience supporting large scale modernization programs or enterprise initiatives; familiarity with data governance/privacy/security practices.</li><li>Project/change management and facilitation skills (workshops, consensus building).</li><li>Background working with relational or cloud-based data platforms; ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>To discuss this amazing opportunity, reach out to our Talent Acquisition Specialist Bhupendra Chopade</strong> <strong>at email address </strong> Bhupendra.Chopade@generistek.com <strong>can be reached on # 630-576-1937.</strong></p>
